Unlike standard templates, we customize every detail (collar, side panels) and provide a vector-based (scalable) digital proof for your approval before production starts.
Our process is streamlined via WhatsApp Business for zero-error communication. It follows 4 steps: 1) Model selection, 2) Graphic design by our team, 3) Digital Mockup approval, and 4) Production. This workflow ensures you have visual confirmation at every stage.
Absolutely. To eliminate risks, Imajersey uses 3D Rendering technology to simulate the stitched product. Logos, fonts, and Pantone colors are finalized in this visual. We do not start the printing machines without your written confirmation.
Yes. Our designs are fully customizable. We utilize ICC Color Profiles and wide-gamut CMYK codes to match your specific corporate or team colors, ensuring maximum consistency between the screen and the fabric.
For HD Print quality, we prioritize vector formats (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). However, if you only have low-res images (.JPG, .PNG), our graphic team performs "Vectorization" to convert them into a print-ready, non-pixelated format.
Sublimation is a chemical process where ink turns into gas at 220°C and bonds with the fabric molecules. Unlike traditional "sticker" prints, this method does not clog pores. The result: A professional jersey that is breathable, crack-free, fade-resistant, and lightweight.
We use Micro-Interlock knitted 100% Polyester fabrics that meet professional league standards. With an ideal weight of 135-145 GSM and "Cool-Dry" technology, these hydrophobic fabrics wick moisture away rapidly, keeping the athlete dry.
The Imajersey production line uses Epson SureColor F-Series printers for high color accuracy. Our inks are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, ensuring they are safe for skin and eco-friendly, while delivering vibrant, wash-resistant colors (including neons).

Yes. Our goalkeeper kits are functional, featuring high-density foam protection pads on elbows (and optionally chest) to absorb impact and minimize injury risk, offering professional-level protection.
Raincoats are made from Water-Repellent parachute fabric, while tracksuits utilize flexible, high-thermal-insulation Scuba or Poly-Technical fabrics. All outerwear is fully integrated with your team's design language (logos, colors).
It depends on the purpose. For intricate, multi-colored logos, we recommend HD Digital Printed Satin Scarves. For traditional winter use with max 4-5 colors, we suggest Knitted (Triko) Scarves.
While tested for industrial washing, the golden rule for sublimation is: Wash at 30°C, inside out, without softeners. Following these instructions ensures the prints remain vibrant for the entire physical lifespan of the jersey.
Imajersey has no strict lower limits; we accept single unit orders. However, due to Economies of Scale, the unit price for a 20-piece team order is significantly lower than a single item. Contact us for current pricing tiers.
Standard lead time is 5-10 business days post-design approval (covering cutting, printing, and sewing). Domestic delivery takes 1-3 days. For tournaments, "Rush Order" planning is available.
Yes. Imajersey is a global supplier. We ship worldwide (Europe, USA, MENA) via DHL, UPS, and FedEx, ensuring fast, trackable delivery compliant with customs regulations.
Our cuts are Regular Fit, designed for European anatomy. To avoid sizing issues, we provide a Detailed Size Chart (cm) allowing you to choose based on player height/weight or chest measurements before ordering.
Since items are "Bespoke" (Custom Made), returns for user sizing errors are not possible. However, under the Imajersey Quality Guarantee, we replace any item with production, print, or stitching defects immediately, no questions asked.
Yes. Using "Reverse Engineering," we can digitally redraw designs from a photo of an old jersey, reproducing an exact replica or a modernized version using current fabric technology.
Imajersey has no hidden costs. Our "All-In" price includes Names, Numbers, Team Crests, Sponsor Logos, Sleeve Badges, and Graphic Design Services. The price remains the same regardless of the number of prints.
